The inspiration behind Cyberspider was to create a game menu that looked "hackerish". Really drew alot of inspiration from Watch Dogs 2 and Cyberpunk with this design. I implemented hints of pink / purple hues, blurred effects, filter effects, different layered opacities and drop shadows.

Challenge: The main challenge was actually pulling back alot the effects in the beginning. I had several different versions, but they did not work out mainly because there were lots of things taking the attention away from the options on the left sidebar. Ultimately, by toning everything down and bringing in lots of cool tones, I was able to successfully get the right amount of pop.
